House Rules
ISSUES WITH LISTING
Upon check-in, inspect the property and report any issues within one hour of arrival, and no later than 10:00 PM, so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.
PARKING
The driveway can park 7 cars. Do not park on the street. Please tell your guests as it could result in a fine.
CHECK-OUT
No later than 10am. $25 per 15 minutes will be charged after 10am.
We only have 6 hours to turn the house before the next guest so our cleaners have to work quickly.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please empty the refrigerator. Load and start dishwasher. Take out the trash. Lock the doors.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
No parties, events, or large gatherings. No unregistered guests without prior approval. It can result in a fine and immediate termination of your access to the property.
MOVING ITEMS
If you move items (furniture, mattresses, etc.), please put them back before you leave. There will be a $50 charge for the first piece and $25 per additional if we have to call someone out to move items back to their original location.
PETS
Maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please clean up after your pet. Dogs are allowed downstairs on the tile only. No dogs upstairs.

Michelle's house was fantastic!!! Location was great! Convenient to water and lots of local restaurants and everything else. The house was definitely clean. The kitchen had all the wonderful things we needed, plus some seasonings and such. We loved this place and will definitely stay again!! The host was very helpful and responsive!! Made the experience even better than expected!!

The house was huge with lots of comfortable beds and a huge table. We loved that they had filtered water and sonic-type ice! The backyard was absolutely amazing and beautiful with tons of space and seating areas, and a hot tub. The host was very sweet and responsive. Be sure to follow the instructions about the a/c heater and leaving the bedroom doors open.

I only have positive things to say about this specific Airbnb. For this trip, my coworkers and I had work in the area. We were looking for a decent place to stay and found this gem. There was more than enough space for everyone with all the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and warm blankets. When we got out of work, there was plenty of space to decompress and relax. I personally would find myself on the dock looking out over the canal, while my coworkers either sat in the comfortable living room, the scenic outdoor fire pit area, or relaxed on the upper dock area. On our last night there, we had a memorable time making s'mores outside off the water and under the stars. Michelle and others were gracious hosts and very communicative: all things considered, 10 out of 10, five stars.
P.S. The BnB looked even better in person than in the photos!

As I sat watching the sunrise on our last morning of our family vacation I couldn’t help but be grateful for the perfect backdrop this home provided us this week. From SUPing the canals and Laguna Madre to hot tub gatherings under the stars and big family dinners around the table to movie nights in the gazebo, it couldn’t get any better. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Had 10 of us in town for a long weekend. House matched the description, was in great condition and was more than enough room for all of us. We cooked every evening and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. In addition, Zachary and Michelle checked up on us often and were incredibly responsive. I would not hesitate to book the property again. Great place.

Home had a ton of amenities and a ton of space. We loved spending time in the backyard. We appreciated the ice machine and the large dining table (many AirBnB’s skimp on dining space, but we love to cook meals at home when we vacation as a family). The kitchen had everything we needed. We brought a dog and were glad to see that the yard was completely enclosed and safe. Hosts were both proactive and responsive with communication. Overall great experience!
One thing to note re: privacy is that the back yard is not completely private due to the RV park across the canal. This was not a problem for us; we enjoyed the people watching.
